I have been with Tor for around eight years now, and I am here to *rave* about my experience, all because of the extraordinary care of Jenee Bell. She has been my agent all this time, and she brings to the table qualities I never knew I would need from an insurance agent. She is kind, responsive, personable, honest, and intelligent, and she is always looking out for me as a client and a *human being*. Years ago I got into an accident the night before Thanksgiving; I didn’t know what to do so called her (it was my first accident). She immediately called me back, kept me calm (my car was totaled and I was very shaken), and walked me through everything I needed to know and do. From that moment on, I was sold! She continued to coach me through the following weeks as the details were being sorted, always with my best interest. She checks in with me, lets me know when a cheaper rate is available, is completely transparent, and is just absolutely awesome. I have recommended her to friends more than I’ve recommended any other professional from any field. Again, I never knew I’d hold an auto insurance agent in such high esteem; Jenee is just a superhero, and after having her as my agent, my standards are HIGH. I can’t speak for the other representatives at Tor, though I’m sure they’re all great. :] But I’m telling you! Jenee. Is. The. Best. And you’re just going to have to trust me on this! If there’s any way you can request a particular agent, ASK FOR JENEE!!! You’ll never regret it!

Jenee is my agent at TOR, and any time I have ever needed her she has been there for me. I almost always reach her right away, and the few times I have had to leave her a message she has gotten back to me almost immediately. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service she has provided me over the years, and wouldn’t consider switching to anyone else any time soon.
